I hope everyone had a great weekend! I had a fashion filled weekend! First, I attended a clothing Swap coordinated by Dewdrop DC at this amazing rooftop lounge in Washington, DC. The weather was absolutely gorgeous! I wore this color block jersey dress that I recently got at Nordstrom Rack; I paired it with DKNY beige Mary Jane’s (One of the perks of interning at DKNY, Free shoes!) a turquoise handbag with this cute bow ( that I’ve had forever) and a belt that I picked up at a previous swap.
The views of the landscapes in the Chinatown neighborhood were spectacular!
I walked away with some great pieces: a pair of Calvin Klein slacks, a wrap dress from Express and a pair of Banana Republic trouser pants to name a few. After the Swap, I headed over to Ginger Root Design on U Street, where I attended a launch party for the fall issue release of Luri & Wilma, DC’s Eco-Chic magazine.
